I have Stayed in many hotels in the world be it 5 star to a 1 star.But i might say this lil Gem of a hotel is got a very good service in France.As you know French and their Attitude , this hotel is perfect .The service is good .Breakfast could be better.Try and get the deluxe or the superiour.The classis is really small.
It;s walking distance from all the major attractions : Effiel Tower 20 mins .The Arc 20 Mins, The louvre Muesuem is 30 Mins. The Famous Champs Eleyeses is only 5 mins away .So if your in a fix budget and you want good service this is Ideal . Trust me on This one. Mr Emad is the perfect guy in the hotel , he would go out of his way to help anyone satying at this hotel.

I selected this hotel based on trip advisor reviews and turned out to be a good choice. Number 1 reason is the location... very close to everything. Room was standard and clean. Receptionists were helpful (specially one nice lady - sorry to have forgotten her name). Breakfast was least impressive... hotel should consider non pork eating tourists. Other than breakfast, this would be a perfect hotel to stay in Paris

just back from paris and stayed here on our last night after coming in from versailles. we had no booking made so just went in and enquired about rates in a few hotels in the area. we got this hotel for 150 euros b & b and were able to check in straight away. it was a good bit cheaper than other hotels in the area. the hotel is very clean, its just been revamped and our room was on the 5th floor with access to little balcony . the room was a bit small but nice bathroom and certainly very comfortable. the location was excellent for touring paris..... easy walk to arc de triomphe and champs elysee and the alma marceau metro station only 5 mins away.... eiffel tower also not too far away.... breakfast was also reasonable .... coffee, croissants, bread and cereal.. this hotel is a great base to explore paris from, there are also good variety of bars and restaurants nearby and a small supermarket about 100 meters away. also alot of parking in paris is free in august so i was able to park right outside the door for free.

This modern hotel is perfectly positioned close to everything you'll need. The super friendly, helpful staff will happily assist you with all your needs. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Hot and cold buffet breakfast, bacon, scrambled eggs, pastries, cereal, yoghurts etc Highly recommend as the perfect place to stay in Paris!
